| 1 25 oz. jar CIRO’S MARINARA PASTA
SAUCE
1 med. zucchini (diced)
1 med. carrot (peeled and diced)
1 lg. russet potato (peeled and diced)
1 med. squash (diced)
3 oz. green beans cut into 1 in. pieces
2 qt. water
1 Tbs. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 bunch washed cilantro |
1. in a 1 gallon pot, bring water to
a boil.
2. add all diced vegetables to boiling water and cook until soft (
about 15 min.).
3. add salt and pepper and CIRO’S MARINARA PASTA SAUCE.
4. simmer for about 8 to 10 min.
Serve with 1 cilantro sprig in soup bowl
